If You Want to Message Me Privately

When I started this blog it was with the idea that we could exchange ideas and motivate each other to overcome some of the issues bothering each one of us.  The biggest mistake anyone can make in life is to stop trying.  Don't let anyone or anything stop you from living your dreams.  So, if you don't want to share or talk publically on this blog I understand.  Leave your email in the comment box below!

True Beauty

I got to meet one of the most beautiful women in the world, Chelsi Smith '95 Miss Universe. I was kind of nervous meeting her but you want to know something, her beauty is more than skin deep.

She spent a few minutes talking to me and even took a few pictures together! She made me feel good about myself. Know what? I learned a valueable lesson from one of the most beautiful women in the world...

IT DOESN'T MATTER WHAT YOU LOOK LIKE ON THE OUTSIDE BECAUSE IT'S WHAT ON THE INSIDE THAT YOU SHARE WITH OTHERS THAT'S MOST IMPORTANT!

Pretty impressive woman, Chelsi Smith! Have you met anyone famous or special who made you feel great about yourself?

Have a Favorite Place?

My favorite place in the whole world is the beach at Cape Henlopen State Park in Delaware! It's a natural beach on the Atlantic Coast without a boardwalk or any of the commercial sights and sounds of a resort. Just the dunes, the ocean, seagulls and plenty of peace and quiet. You can get lost in the sound of the waves breaking.

It doesn't matter what time of year, spring, summer, winter or fall, I just like to kick back either by myself, with my family or a favorite friend and listen to the surf, watch the dolphins and feel good. Do you have a favorite place that makes you feel good that you'd like to share?

Let's Help Each Other

Have you ever looked in the mirror and just didn't like what you saw? Did it stop you from going out and living life? BIG MISTAKE. I know how it feels. It took me a few times and some help from a friend to discover the real me! Since then, things have changed real quick. Let's talk about it! I'm starting this blog as a place where teens like you and me can come for conversation, encouragement and a little help from a friend. Don't let anyone tell you who you should be, find yourself in you! I know it works. So, let me know how you are feeling today?
